Exhaustion is a disease

I can't even begin to address how fantastic this weekend was; a weekend surrounded by my friends, old and new, but all brothers. My national family, my home away from home, anywhere they are.

A snippet of my lovelies.

The Olmsteds in all their glory.

But what goes with a weekend like this is, naturally, very little sleep, on top of months of very little sleep, and what comes after all that months of no sleep and too much work and miles of running, and stress coming out my ears, is the doctor diagnosing me with exhaustion.

Diagnosis - exhaustion.
Prescription - 8 hours of sleep.
Response - no kidding.

So I'm off to try to follow doctor's orders.
